Renames the "Sheltered Workshop Act of 1971" to the "Extended Employment Act" and replaces terminology throughout, changing "sheltered workshop" to "extended employment" and "severe disability" to "significant disability"

Expands eligibility for extended employment programs by removing requirements that participants complete a workshop program and demonstrate inability to compete in the regular labor market; instead allows individuals with significant disabilities who choose such programs to participate

Establishes baseline funding at FY 2024 levels with annual increases tied to the greater of either CPI-W adjustments or 80% of provider-reported expenses, with additional funding from the Workforce Development Partnership Fund when available

Creates a hybrid employment program allowing extended employees to work in regular employment up to 16 hours per week without losing their extended employment eligibility status

Requires the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services to consult with ACCSES New Jersey, Inc. and the New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities on significant policy and leadership changes affecting the program
