Third-party reservation services (websites, apps, or internet platforms) are prohibited from advertising, listing, promoting, or selling restaurant reservations without a written agreement with the food service establishment

Civil penalties of up to $500 per violation apply, accruing daily for each day and each restaurant affected by unauthorized reservation listings

Affected restaurants and customers charged fees may sue for injunctive relief, actual damages up to the total fees collected, attorney's fees, and other remedies

All legal actions must be filed within one year of the alleged violation

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following enactment, mirroring similar legislation enacted in Illinois
