Eligible entities include businesses in advanced computing, biotechnology, electronic device technology, information technology, life sciences, medical device technology, mobile communications, advanced materials, and renewable energy technology

Website users include businesses, real estate professionals, medical institutions, research facilities, non-profits, professional associations, higher education institutions, and investors

Platform must allow entities to create, post, and search advertisements and facilitate communication between parties to arrange purchases, rentals, or other needs-matching agreements

EDA must maintain a list of public and private funding sources, including State and federal grant programs and investment opportunities appropriate for eligible entities
