Establishes the Law Enforcement Critical Mental Health Assistance Grant Program within the New Jersey Department of Human Services to provide confidential mental health services to law enforcement officers and their family members experiencing mental health crises or suicidal ideation

Appropriates $3 million from the General Fund to implement the program

Awards grants to licensed mental health providers (psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, counselors, etc.) and trained peer support teams to deliver services

Requires the Commissioner of Human Services to develop grant applications, selection criteria, and program guidelines, with consideration for geographic distribution so patients can access services within one hour of travel

Takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment, with the commissioner authorized to take preparatory administrative actions in advance
