Establishes $1.5 million in annual funding for the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program, Inc. (NJMEP) or an appropriate successor from the Workforce Development Partnership Fund

Reduces the allocation to the Office of Customized Training from 35% to 35% minus $1.5 million to offset the new NJMEP funding

NJMEP is a private, non-profit organization that helps New Jersey manufacturers improve profitability, competitiveness, productivity, and employee performance while reducing costs

Amends P.L.1992, c.43 (C.34:15D-9) to add NJMEP support as an authorized use of the Workforce Development Partnership Fund
