Extends the deadline for arbitrators to issue opinions and awards from 90 days to 150 days, with possible 30-day extensions up to a maximum of 180 days

Increases arbitrator compensation caps from $1,000 to $1,500 per day and total service costs from $10,000 to $15,000

Requires public employers to provide detailed salary information including unit member lists, salary guide steps, increment costs, and anniversary dates before arbitration proceedings begin

Repeals existing statutory limitations on arbitration award amounts and eliminates the Police and Fire Interest Arbitration Impact Task Force
