Adds new exceptions to New Jersey's address redaction protections for judges, law enforcement officers, and other covered persons, allowing disclosure of personal information in recall petitions, campaign contribution reports, gubernatorial candidate financial disclosures, and lobbyist activity reports filed with the Election Law Enforcement Commission.

Amends P.L.2021, c.371 which currently allows certain public officials to have home addresses redacted from public records held by government agencies.

Requires the Director of the Office of Information Privacy to prominently display all exceptions to redaction requirements on the secure portal where covered persons submit privacy requests.

Sponsored by Senator Joseph P. Cryan of District 20 (Union) and pre-filed for introduction in the 2026 legislative session of New Jersey's 222nd Legislature.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
