NJ Transit must expand or modify routes and hours of motorbus, paratransit, rail, and light rail services to accommodate individuals with autism spectrum disorder within one year of the bill's enactment.

Before making any route or hour changes, NJ Transit must solicit and receive advice, input, and guidance from individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and their advocates.

NJ Transit is required to conduct annual consultations with individuals with autism and their advocates to assess whether current services adequately meet their mobility needs.

The annual review process must determine whether further expansion or modification of routes and hours is necessary to accommodate individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
