NJ S1592

Prohibits New Jersey school districts and public institutions of higher education from adopting policies that prevent active military members or veterans from speaking to students, sports teams, clubs, assemblies, classes, or graduation ceremonies.

Requires school districts to forward all correspondence with military members or veterans seeking to address students to the appropriate executive county superintendent.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Education to withhold all or part of a school district's State aid for violations of the prohibition.

Authorizes the State Treasurer to withhold all or part of a public institution of higher education's State operating aid for violations.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
