Amends existing New Jersey law (P.L.2017, c.84) to expand what military-enlisted students may wear at high school graduation ceremonies beyond just dress uniforms.

Requires school districts to allow graduating students to wear a military sash or stole issued by any branch of the United States Armed Forces during graduation ceremonies.

Students wearing a military sash or stole must have fulfilled all State and local requirements for receiving a high school diploma and be eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Maintains the existing requirement that students wearing a full military dress uniform must have completed basic training and be an active member of a military branch.

Military sashes or stoles are worn over graduation robes and are issued by recruiters upon enlistment, allowing recognition of students who have enlisted but not yet completed basic training.
