Adds "height" and "weight" as protected characteristics under New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination (P.L.1945, c.169), prohibiting discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, and credit

Allows height or weight requirements in employment only when they constitute a bona fide occupational qualification reasonably necessary to business operations

Permits public accommodations to impose height or weight restrictions for bona fide safety reasons

Grants the Division on Civil Rights authority to receive, investigate, and act upon complaints alleging discrimination based on height or weight
