Requires each New Jersey county to establish at least one drive-up ballot drop box with accessible features including sufficient vehicle turning radius, curb cuts, handicap parking, and adequate lighting with clear line of sight from streets and parking areas.

Mandates all ballot drop boxes be clearly marked as "Official Ballot Drop Box" with posted information including: penalties for tampering (3-5 years prison, up to $15,000 fine), a toll-free voter hotline, notice that no postage is required, and the 8:00 p.m. Election Day deadline.

Requires posted information at drop boxes to appear in all languages mandated by the federal Voting Rights Act of 1965 and applicable state law for each county.

Establishes a 100-foot electioneering boundary around ballot drop boxes with required signage prohibiting distribution of campaign materials or solicitation of support for candidates, parties, or public questions within that zone.

Amends P.L.2020, c.72 and takes effect immediately upon enactment.
