Establishes a Farm to School Local Food Procurement Reimbursement Grant Program administered by the Secretary of Agriculture to reimburse school districts for costs of sourcing and procuring New Jersey-grown foods for students

Appropriates $4,500,000 for the program, with annual grant amounts based on district size: small districts (under 5,000 students) may receive $10,000-$50,000; medium districts (5,000-10,000 students) $20,000-$125,000; large districts (over 10,000 students) $44,000-$250,000

Defines "local food" as raw or minimally processed fruits, vegetables, herbs, meat, seafood, legumes, or grains that are 100% grown, raised, or caught in New Jersey, excluding fluid dairy milk

Requires participating districts to submit attestation forms with proposed local food procurement plans and establishes a funding formula prioritizing districts with high percentages of subsidized students, those in food desert areas, and those sourcing from small/mid-sized family farms or socially disadvantaged farmers

Creates the Farm to School Local Food Procurement Reimbursement Fund as a dedicated, non-lapsing fund and requires the department to submit annual status reports to the Governor and Legislature on program effectiveness
