Creates a two-year Accessibility Coordinator Pilot Program allocating $900,000 to three county colleges (one each in northern, central, and southern New Jersey) to hire coordinators who provide academic advising, resource navigation, and job placement services for neurodiverse students.

Requires the New Jersey Council of County Colleges to provide professional development and training sessions for faculty and staff on teaching and supporting neurodiverse students, with $75,000 appropriated for this purpose.

Establishes a "County College Inclusive STEM Infrastructure Grant Program" with $500,000 in funding to provide grants between $25,000 and $50,000 for capital projects that improve facilities for neurodiverse students in STEM and artificial intelligence programs.

Eligible infrastructure improvements include lighting modifications, flexible seating, sensory-friendly rooms, and assistive technology equipment.

Encourages collaboration between county colleges and four-year institutions to align courses and develop partnerships that support neurodiverse students transferring to four-year schools.
