Prohibits public disclosure of claimant names and addresses in agendas, meeting minutes, and final decisions of the Appeals Tribunal and Board of Review for unemployment, temporary disability, and family leave insurance appeals in New Jersey

Allows the Appeals Tribunal and Board of Review to replace claimant names with initials or fictitious names on public documents

Amends the Open Public Records Act (P.L.1963, c.73) to add these appeals documents to the list of confidential information exempt from disclosure

Section 1 takes effect on the first day of the sixth month following enactment; Section 2 takes effect immediately

Does not apply retroactively to government records created or disclosed prior to enactment
