Exempts nonprofit organizations operating ski areas from requirements to post slope/trail difficulty ratings, provide trail maps and reports, report daily slope conditions, and remove obvious man-made hazards as soon as practicable

Defines "nonprofit organization" as a private nonprofit corporation, society, or association with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS

Amends P.L.1979, c.29 (the New Jersey Ski Area Safety statute) while preserving liability protections for operators under the existing Ski Lift Safety Act
