Amends N.J.S.A. 18A:7E-3 to add a new reporting requirement (item 16) to school performance reports ("report cards") requiring disclosure of the number of students achieving placement following graduation, including placement in apprenticeships

Takes effect immediately upon enactment and applies to the first full school year following the date of enactment

Expands existing post-graduation tracking, which already includes educational and employment plans of graduates, to specifically capture apprenticeship placements as a distinct category
