Motor vehicle insurers authorized in New Jersey must provide policy information to the system and maintain web services for verification requests

Commission may suspend or revoke vehicle registration if a motor vehicle is operated without insurance; reinstatement requires proof of insurance plus applicable fees

A 9-month pilot program is required before enforcement, with the full system operational within one year of the act's effective date (90 days after enactment)
