Codifies the Bringing Veterans Home Initiative, originally launched in November 2024, into New Jersey state law under the Office of Homelessness Prevention within the Department of Community Affairs

Establishes six regional hubs across New Jersey to accelerate housing outcomes for homeless veterans

Requires the Office of Homelessness Prevention to utilize state data on veteran homelessness to identify areas of need, create a standardized referral form, and establish eligibility classifications for different forms of assistance

Directs coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs and connects veterans to existing programs including the Homeless Prevention Program and Work First New Jersey emergency assistance benefits

Takes effect on the first day of the sixth month following enactment, with the Department of Community Affairs required to adopt implementing rules and regulations
