Department of Agriculture must develop and implement a publicity and marketing program to promote community supported agriculture (CSA) within 180 days of the bill's effective date, including a dedicated website with a searchable list of all CSA programs and farms in the state

Department must establish "Community Supported Agriculture Week" during the last full week in February annually, with promotional events at farms, schools, farmers' markets, and community locations in coordination with the Department of Education

Department is required to develop and distribute promotional labels for products marketed through CSA programs, which may include "Jersey Fresh" branding with distinctive CSA identification

Schools participating in meal programs are encouraged to subscribe to CSA programs to obtain locally grown agricultural products, and school curricula must incorporate information about CSA value and how families can participate

Violations of false advertising claims about products being sold through CSA are subject to $100 penalties per item, and the "New Jersey Farm Products Publicity Fund" is expanded to cover CSA promotional expenses
