Commissioner of Transportation must design, develop, and launch a searchable public website within 30 days to track federal funds allocated to state transportation infrastructure projects, accessible via the official New Jersey state website at no charge.

Published notices for each project must include the coordinating entity's name, address, principal officers/directors, project description and purpose, cost, start/end dates, and responsible state agency.

Website must track minority and women's business participation, including certification status, and report employment data for state residents, women, and minorities resulting from each project.

State Comptroller is required to monitor the website, oversee notification compliance, and report irregularities or failures to the Governor, Senate President, and Assembly Speaker.

State Comptroller must submit an annual report by December 1 each year detailing website operations, identified issues, improvement recommendations, and aggregate employment/business participation data.
