Prohibits teaching staff members employed by New Jersey school boards from inputting students' or their families' individually identifiable health information into third-party software applications managed by entities engaged in partisan political activity

Defines "individually identifiable health information" as any information, including genetic or vaccination data, relating to past, present, or future physical or mental health that identifies or could reasonably identify an individual

Defines "partisan political activity" as campaigning, fundraising, and electioneering on behalf of candidates or political parties

Takes effect immediately and applies beginning with the first school year following enactment
