Requires the State Board of Education to rescind the New Jersey Student Learning Standards in Comprehensive Health and Physical Education adopted June 3, 2020, and prohibits the board from adopting any future statewide standards in these subjects.

Mandates each local school board establish a Parental Advisory Committee, with membership reflecting district parents and guardians, to help develop local health and physical education curriculum standards; all meetings must be open to the public.

Local school boards must adopt their own curriculum standards for health and physical education within 180 days of the bill's enactment.

Maintains existing state requirements for instruction on suicide prevention, organ donation, sexual abuse, dating violence, gang violence, CPR, sexting, consent, mental health, and substance abuse, but transfers implementation responsibility from state standards to locally-adopted curricula.

Removes provisions requiring the Department of Education to provide sample learning materials or resources to school districts on mandated health education topics.
