Directs the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission to create regulations allowing qualified organizations to conduct sporting event "boxes" (grid-based games where participants select outcomes like Super Bowl squares) and "brackets" (tournament prediction games like March Madness pools) under existing raffle law.

Winners of both boxes and brackets may receive no more than 50 percent of the prize pool, with the remaining 50 percent retained by the licensed organization as proceeds.

Box games require that grid values be assigned randomly without prior knowledge by participants, and winners are determined by the actual outcome of the selected sporting event.

Bracket games award prizes to participants who correctly predict the most outcomes in a series of events.

The Commission will establish regulations governing game frequency, rules, prize types and values, qualifications for individuals conducting the games, and other requirements.
