Requires New Jersey school districts to provide instruction on the dangers of fentanyl and xylazine for students in grades 6 through 12 as part of the Comprehensive Health and Physical Education curriculum.

Mandates instruction cover abuse prevention, poisoning awareness, recognizing symptoms, emergency response procedures, and legal immunity protections for persons reporting drug use or seeking treatment.

Requires the Commissioner of Education to provide age-appropriate resources using materials from federal agencies including NIH, DEA, HHS, and CDC, as well as state and local agencies.

Directs the Department of Education to maintain a website with instructional materials, safety information for staff/students/parents, outreach organization resources, and mental health resources.

Requires the State Board of Education to review the instruction every 15 years to determine if it remains necessary, with annual reporting to the Governor and Legislature on implementation.
