Requires the South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA) to preserve all employee rights, privileges, and obligations when selling or leasing Atlantic City International Airport

Mandates that existing collective bargaining agreements and contracts remain in effect until new agreements are reached or current ones expire

Protects civil service status and pension credits for employees transferred to any state agency, interstate compact agency, or political subdivision

Requires accumulated employee benefits including sick leave, vacation, and administrative leave to transfer with employees to the new public or private entity

Preserves existing employee union representatives until workers elect to change their representation
