Expands eligibility for New Jersey Civic Information Consortium grants by removing the requirement that applicants (except local community organizations) be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations or have a tax-exempt fiscal sponsor.

Requires the consortium to track grantee progress toward agreement goals through periodic meetings with consortium staff throughout the grant period.

Mandates grantees submit an end-of-grant report including both a narrative and financial accounting of activities and progress toward meeting agreement goals.

Requires all grantees to post a statement on their website disclosing that the project receives grant funding from the New Jersey Civic Information Consortium.

Amends P.L.2018, c.111 governing the consortium, which supports research and innovation in media and technology to benefit New Jersey's civic life and information needs.
