Amends P.L.2023, c.237 to allow unlicensed individuals to perform home improvement or home elevation services if working under the direction or supervision of a licensed contractor

Currently, only individuals licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Home Improvement and Home Elevation Contractors (or those specifically exempted) may perform these services

Creates a supervised work pathway that does not require individual licensure for workers operating under a licensed contractor's oversight

Takes effect immediately but remains inoperative until the operative date specified in section 5 of P.L.2023, c.237
