County prosecutors must collect and report data to the Attorney General on crimes involving firearm use that did not result in bodily injury, including juvenile acts that would constitute crimes if committed by adults

Required data includes complaint number, date/time and location of incident, statutory citations and offense degrees, and whether the firearm was used lawfully or unlawfully

Information must be reported for all criminal complaints regardless of whether cases are prosecuted, dismissed, or downgraded

Prosecutors must submit quarterly reports to the Attorney General for three years beginning January 1 following enactment

After the three-year period, the Attorney General must compile findings into a report for the Governor and Legislature and publish it on the Department of Law and Public Safety website
