Each county board of social services must designate an employee to work with community college representatives to streamline applications for SNAP, TANF, Childcare Subsidy, and other social services supports.

Division of Family Development in the Department of Human Services must work with local workforce development boards and community college staff to assist students with social services applications.

County colleges and local workforce development boards must establish partnerships with workforce training providers and community organizations to identify unemployed and underemployed residents who may benefit from enrollment.

County colleges must work directly with county board of social services representatives to provide assistance to students accessing social services supports.
