Eliminates the $2.00 branch office registration certificate requirement for New Jersey dentists who practice at multiple locations, replacing it with a notification system where dentists list all service locations on their registration forms.

Requires dentists to report practice locations to the Board of Dentistry secretary-treasurer both at initial licensure and during annual registration renewals.

Exempts from reporting requirements locations where dentists provide charitable hospital/institutional services without receiving compensation, as well as home visits and services to confined patients.

Modernizes public notice requirements by replacing mandatory newspaper advertisements in Trenton, Camden, and Newark with website postings on the Division of Consumer Affairs website between September 1 and October 1 annually.

Applies to dentists issued new, renewed, reinstated, or reactivated registration certificates after the bill's effective date who practice at locations other than their primary registered address.
