Prohibits individuals with 4 or more motor vehicle points from obtaining a school bus endorsement for one year following their last conviction

Suspends existing school bus endorsements for one year when drivers accumulate 4 or more motor vehicle points, lowering the current threshold from 12 points

Requires the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to immediately notify the Commissioner of Education of any school bus endorsement suspensions

Commissioner of Education must then immediately notify the employing school board or contractor of the driver's suspension

Reinstating a suspended school bus endorsement requires passing both a knowledge test and skills test after the one-year suspension period
