Creates a permanent 25-member Advisory Commission on Advancing LGBTQIA+ Youth Equity and Inclusion in Schools within New Jersey's Executive Branch, allocated to the Department of Education but operating independently.

Commission membership includes the Commissioners of Education, Children and Families, Health, and Human Services; the Attorney General; the former Anti-Bullying Task Force chairperson; 8 legislative appointees; and 11 Governor-appointed representatives from education organizations and LGBTQIA+ advocacy groups.

Duties include reviewing educational policies affecting LGBTQIA+ students, identifying best practices for inclusive school environments, recommending anti-bullying strategies, and advising on professional development for educators regarding LGBTQIA+ issues.

Initial report required within 180 days of organization, followed by annual reports to the Governor and Legislature with findings and legislative recommendations.

Codifies into permanent law an advisory commission originally established by Governor Murphy's Executive Order No. 361 in June 2024, with initial appointees to be drawn from that existing commission where practicable.
