Requires the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and South Jersey Transportation Authority to include customer-selectable automatic replenishment amounts in any new or renewed E-ZPass administration contracts

Customers must be given the option to select from multiple pre-determined replenishment amounts or choose their own custom amount

Customers must be able to change their automatic replenishment amount at any time

Both authorities must publish information about replenishment options on their official websites

Takes effect immediately but does not apply to existing contracts already in effect at the time of enactment
