Expands New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination to explicitly protect current military service members and veterans, adding "service in the Armed Forces of the United States" as a protected class alongside the existing protection for "liability for service" (being subject to being called up)

Defines "service in the Armed Forces" as active service in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces or National Guard, or having been discharged or released from such service

Prohibits discrimination based on military service in employment, housing, public accommodations, real estate transactions, and credit/lending practices

Grants the Division on Civil Rights authority to investigate complaints and enforce protections for current service members and veterans in the same manner as other protected classes

Applies protections across multiple contexts including hiring, firing, compensation, terms of employment, housing rentals and sales, and access to public facilities and accommodations
