Creates a 17-member New Jersey Task Force on Coordination Among Nonprofit Social Service Organizations to develop recommendations for streamlining social services statewide

Membership includes 4 ex officio state commissioners (Children and Families, Community Affairs, Health, Human Services) and 13 public members appointed by the Governor, legislative leaders, and minority leaders representing various nonprofit sectors

Task force goals include promoting shared services to reduce administrative costs, forming alliances to eliminate duplication of services, and establishing uniform expenditure reporting procedures

Rutgers School of Social Work will provide professional and clerical staff support to the task force

Task force must report findings and recommendations to the Governor and Legislature within 12 months of its initial meeting, after which it will dissolve
