Mandates health insurance coverage for Alzheimer's disease and related disorder screenings for covered persons aged 65 and older in New Jersey.

Applies to all major insurance types including hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health service corporations, individual and group health policies, small employer plans, and HMOs.

Requires the State Health Benefits Commission and School Employees' Health Benefits Commission to include this screening coverage in their purchased contracts.

Defines "Alzheimer's disease and related disorders" as forms of dementia causing general loss of intellectual abilities severe enough to interfere with social or occupational functioning.

Takes effect 180 days after enactment and applies to contracts delivered, issued, executed, or renewed on or after that date.
