Ticket brokers and resale websites must clearly disclose that the site is for secondary ticket sales, that primary tickets may still be available, that prices may exceed face value, and any refund policies for canceled or postponed events.

Resale websites must display the original face value price printed on each ticket before a purchaser completes any transaction.

Purchasers must confirm they have read all required disclosure notices before completing a ticket purchase on resale platforms.

Primary ticket websites redirecting consumers to resale sites must notify them in at least 12-point boldface font, clarifying that redirection does not mean tickets are sold out or that resale prices are cheaper.

The law takes effect on the first day of the fourth month following enactment.
