Authorizes workers' compensation judges in New Jersey to allow testimony via video conferencing, telephone, prior deposition, or sworn affidavit instead of requiring in-person court appearance

Applies to both disputed claims under R.S.34:15-20 and settlement agreements under R.S.34:15-22

Requires "good cause" to be shown and consent from all parties before alternative testimony methods can be used

Amends existing statutes governing how workers' compensation disputes and settlements are resolved before the Division of Workers' Compensation

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
