Removes language from New Jersey's Fiscal Year 2026 appropriations act (P.L.2025, c.74) that required $100 million in cost savings for the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) during the first six months of Plan Year 2026.

Eliminates the mandated process requiring State and public employee representatives on the State Health Benefits Plan Design Committee (SHBPDC) to submit cost savings proposals to the plan actuary by July 31, 2025.

Deletes provisions that would have triggered mediation, legislative intervention, or appointment of additional representatives if the SHBPDC failed to reach agreement on the required savings by specified deadlines.

Affects both Direct State Services and Grants-in-Aid appropriations under the Interdepartmental Accounts Employee Benefits program classification.
