Secretary of State must establish a real-time election incident reporting and complaint database to document civil rights violations, voter fraud, and other election-related complaints submitted to the Department of State or county election officials.

Reported incidents must be categorized by location and date, type of incident or complaint, and any action taken in response.

Secretary of State must submit a report to the Governor and Legislature within 30 days after polls close detailing total incidents and complaints, and make the report publicly available online.

Compiled incident information must be provided to appropriate officials including the New Jersey Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey.

Telephone numbers for the U.S. Attorney's Office Election Hotline, New Jersey Election Hotline, and county election officials must be included in the voter's bill of rights posted at polling places and in printed directions sent with mail-in ballots.
