Places tianeptine alongside other Schedule II opiates including fentanyl, methadone, and morphine derivatives

Addresses tianeptine's common street name "gas station heroin" and its abuse for euphoric properties similar to other opioids

Takes effect 30 days after enactment; sponsored by Senators Steinhardt (R-District 23) and Singleton (D-District 7)
