Grants are capped at $75,000 per project, with applicants required to contribute at least 25% of the grant value in private capital (American Rescue Plan funds may count toward this match).

Prioritizes projects serving "unserved areas" defined as locations lacking broadband speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.

Eligible applicants include corporations, nonprofits, political subdivisions, and other entities authorized to build or repair broadband infrastructure in New Jersey.
