Raises the maximum grant amount for farmland stewardship activities on preserved farmland from $20,000 to $100,000 per application

Overrides the current State Agriculture Development Committee regulation that limits grants to $200 per acre and $20,000 total per application

Requires per-acre monetary limits to be adjusted as necessary to accommodate the new $100,000 maximum

Addresses increased costs of stewardship activities such as deer fencing installation, soil and water conservation projects, and farmland soil resiliency improvements

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
