Secretary of Higher Education must develop a career and education guide for postsecondary students with disabilities, in consultation with the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development and the New Jersey Presidents' Council

Guide must catalog resources at each New Jersey higher education institution, including disability career centers, career counseling, placement services, internships, cooperative learning experiences, and accommodations such as note-taker services, exam accommodations, and accessible housing

Career planning guidance must address disability disclosure to employers, negotiating reasonable workplace accommodations, workers' rights for employees with disabilities, and available assistive technologies

Guide must include a directory of national and regional organizations with contact information for job seekers with disabilities

Office of the Secretary of Higher Education must publish the guide on its website, with the law taking effect 90 days after enactment
