Makes it an unlawful practice under New Jersey's consumer fraud act for crisis pregnancy centers to publish untrue, deceptive, or misleading advertisements about pregnancy-related services through any medium including newspapers, internet, radio, or pamphlets

Defines "crisis pregnancy center" as a nonprofit facility providing peer counseling on pregnancy and childbirth that does not provide referrals to abortion services, including those presenting the appearance of licensed medical facilities through medical attire, exam rooms, or shared space with physicians

Prohibits crisis pregnancy centers from making false or misleading statements about their intent to provide pregnancy-related services such as ultrasounds, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, or contraception counseling

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek injunctions in Superior Court to prohibit violating centers from advertising or providing counseling services, and to obtain court orders requiring remedial steps to correct adverse effects on clients

Subjects violating crisis pregnancy centers to all remedies and penalties available under New Jersey's existing consumer fraud act (P.L.1960, c.39)
