Establishes the Office of Labor Law Enforcement within the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development to oversee and coordinate enforcement of state labor laws including wage and hour laws, unemployment compensation, temporary disability benefits, and workers' compensation

Requires the Attorney General to assign deputy attorneys general to represent the department in labor law violation proceedings when requested by the Commissioner, with these attorneys co-located at department facilities

Mandates an annual public report detailing enforcement activities for each labor law, including personnel counts, costs, penalties collected, and recommendations for staffing changes to be considered in the Governor's budget

Directs all fines and penalties collected under state labor laws to be applied toward enforcement and administration costs of the Office of Labor Law Enforcement

Covers violations related to wages, employment conditions, worker benefits and insurance, recordkeeping requirements, and employee misclassification
