Mandates BPU coordination with PJM Interconnection to ensure New Jersey's load forecasts are incorporated into regional planning accurately and without duplicative counting of large loads and customer contracts.

Requires annual reports to the Governor and Legislature by June 30 each year, beginning in 2026, summarizing collected data, analysis, and coordination efforts with PJM and other state regulators.

Addresses concerns about transparency in load forecasting as PJM predicts 32 GW of new load by 2030, with approximately 30 GW attributed to data centers.

The act takes effect immediately and expires in 2035 upon submission of the final annual report.
