Authorizes direct shipping by craft distilleries of up to 20 liters of distilled spirits per year to any person over 21 within New Jersey for personal consumption, not for resale

Creates a new Out-of-State Craft Distillery license allowing out-of-state distilleries producing no more than 20,000 gallons annually to ship up to 20 liters per year to New Jersey residents over 21

License fee for both craft distillery and out-of-state craft distillery licenses is $938, with licensees required to collect applicable sales taxes and alcoholic beverage taxes
