Creates the Office of Community Schools within the New Jersey Department of Education to address student needs through community-based educational, developmental, family, health, and comprehensive services

Appropriates $10 million total: $2 million from the General Fund and $8 million from federal American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Fund allocations

Requires the office to provide training, support, and grants to public schools adopting community school strategies, including school districts, renaissance schools, and charter schools

Mandates the Department of Education publish a list of schools that have established community schools on its website and submit annual reports to the Governor and Legislature

Takes effect immediately and applies to the first full school year following enactment
